A Good Turn out for East Lancashire
Saturday 4th March 2023 saw the 6th annual Provincial Grand Senatus for East Lancashire which saw over fifty companions from over the Country attend at Rochdale Masonic Hall, which was a fantastic turn out as on that same day Most Distinguished Companion Ian S. Currans VI was also hosting a meeting down south, investing a new Provincial Grand Summus for the Province of Hampshire & the Isle of White.
The proceedings in East Lancashire were opened and conducted by out by our Provincial Grand Summus, Right Distinguished Companion Allan M. Shields V, under the watchful eye of his Provincial Director of Ceremonies, Distinguished Companion Anthony Smith, assisted by the Deputy Provincial Grand Summus Trevor Jewitt & the Assistant Provincial Grand Summus David L. Greenhalgh.
It was also lovely hear the harmony brought to the meeting by the newly appointed Provincial Grand Organist, Companion Stephen Gregory.
Following the meeting the companions all retired for a wonderful fish lunch.
