How time flies, as this new and vibrant Consistory installs its 3rd President.
Saturday was a very full day for Em.Comp. Vincent J.M. Pouchain as he had already been installed in the Chair of Supera Moras Conclave in the morning and after an excellent lunch at joint OSM/ Scarlet Cord festive board it was back to business in the Scarlet Cord to witness Dist.Comp. Nigel K. Dunlop carry out an excellent ceremony, the result of which saw Dist.Comp Pouchain placed in his second chair of the day.

It was a shame that the winter storms effected Vincents journey back to his native France, however he wishes all the companions a safe journey when they all travel to Normandy for the April meeting, which will be a busy day for him as he will be conferring the first grade when Ribble Valley will add two new members to its ranks.
