Frank Hood Smith is invested as The Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler

At the recent Provincial Meeting held at Rochdale, Frank George Hood Smith was invested as the new Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler for the Province of East Lancashire. He then proceeded to invest Christian  Givvons as his deputy.
