Frank Hood Smith

The brethren of East Lancashire along with distinguished guests and visitors from all over the country gathered at Rochdale Masonic Hall in support of its Head, Frank Hood Smith.

Early meeting and greeting took place in the bar over coffee and bacon butties while upstairs the Provincial offices were locked in deep rehearsal with the Director of Ceremonies Stephen Holcroft.

The fantastic surroundings of the Lodge room were the perfect setting as the brethren took their seats, and were soon joined by Frank and his team in full procession. Frank opened Provincial Grand Conclave and conducted the necessary business. He thanked everyone for attending and made them all most welcome.

His next task was to appoint his new team as well as offer promotions to others who were stepping down.
